Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from Consolutec Solutions (Pty) Ltd, you automatically accept our standard terms and conditions of:

  • Goods Supply Order
  • Maintenance Agreement
  • Installation Services Agreement

Product

  1. Product displayed may vary slightly in appearance.
  2. We reserve the right to change the product brand for a more suitable solution at our discretion provided we are positive that the cost of the device is more of which we will carry accordingly.

Delivery

  1. Delivery and Setup charges could apply.
  2. Client is to be present on site for all deliveries acceptance.
  3. Should the client not be on site upon completion, we will charge an additional fee to return to site should it be of no fault of ours.
  4. Delivery within 10 business days
  5. Delivery to far lying areas may take longer than 10 days

Warranties

  1. As set out by the manufactures of the equipment.

Repairs

  1. Repair centres are situated at all major centres nationwide.
  2. Repairs may take up to 3 weeks to complete.
  3. If the product is deemed to be defunct the product will be replaced with a similar more current replacement of similar value.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Equipment must be returned in original packaging with all contents thereof included
  2. All seals must still be intact
  3. Subject to Serial number corresponding
  4. A cancellation of purchase fee will be levied at a rate of 30% of the purchase price of the product and offset against the refunded amount should the sale be cancelled prior to delivery.
  5. A cancellation of purchase fee will be levied at a rate of 35% of the purchase price of the product and offset against the refunded amount should the equipment have been opened and used.

Guarantees

  1. Only equipment supplied and installed by Consolutec Solutions will carry our 3 year swop-out guarantee.

Installation

  1. Installation is not included.

Remote View

  1. Although all our Digital and Network Video Recorders can be networked for remote viewing capability the setup thereof is included with the purchase of any of our recorders. The client is to ensure that the internet connection is available on site in order to set this up. Should our technicians return to set this up a call out fee will be levied at a rate of R650.
  2. Should the remote application/viewing stop working after setup for whatsoever reason, Consolutec will not be held liable, in order for Consolutec to return to site, a call out will be levied.

Support

  1. Unless otherwise stated, all support queries or requests are to be sent to support@consolutec.co.za, our highly trained and professional team will assist within 3 hours or receipt of your support query.
  2. Please make use of your client code as per invoices and hand over certificates to log a support ticket, failure to make use of the client code will result in your support ticket not being attended to.
  3. Consolutec Solutions will not assist with any support tickets or queries through any other channel other than that of our support desk.

Price Tariffs
* Call Out fees with one hour labour included only : R650
* Travelling rates in excess of 150km return : R6.50 per km
* Labour Rate per hour : R475.00
* After Hour Rate for labour (16:00 – 08:30) : R1 125.00
* Sundays and Public Holidays : R1 550.00
* Moving Points after install : R300.00
* Remote Support Fee (AnyDesk / TeamViewer) : R375.00
* Training on equipment after install and client not present : R1800.00
